Dr. Burke and the staff were lovely and friendly! I took my puppy, Stella here for her second round of vaccinations and Dr. Burke was very knowledgable. She told me a lot of information about vaccines and answered my questions thoroughly. They also gave me a puppy pack with a lot of information for dogs and pet insurance. Which was great because the other vets I have visited never provided that. The next day they followed up with me about how Stella was feeling and informed me to email or call them back with any other questions or concerns I had. I definitely trust the staff with Stella. Overall the service and staff were great and helpful! I recommend going to this vet.

Our little guy had a bit of a rocky start within a few days of coming home with us. The staff at Point Grey went absolutely above and beyond to accomodate treatment, answer questions and follow-up on how he was doing. I cannot speak highly enough to their level of compassion, professionalism and diligence. The environment they provide for animals is also so much fun that Cannon can’t wait to go for visits and see his friends.

I am very happy with the care my two dogs receive at Point Grey Vet. The staff are communicative, caring, and approachable, and always try to incorporate my input about how my dogs will respond best to treatment. Plus, they act quickly, if they can (one needed stitches and he was seen right away), and they treat my dogs very well.

The staff here are always so loving, kind, sweet, and they give the BEST treats ever. ♥️ I used to be super nervous about going but everyone that works there genuinely loves what they do and you can tell by the consistency of the amazing service every time. I used to have so much anxiety about vet appointments but point grey vet makes me feel right at home always… and all the yummy treats and cuddles! Home away from home. 10/10 recommend!

Recently moved to Vancouver and feel so lucky that I found a good vet for my dog. My experience at PG has been very positive! Had to bring my dog in several times in the past few months for diff issues. Each time, all of the process has been very smooth. And love Dr. Chan! She takes time to explain everything very thoroughly and answers every question with patience. The whole team is very nice and also very responsive as well. Since I started going during COVID, I haven’t been able to go inside the facilities yet — but they just recently changed that rule so looking forward to meeting everyone in person!

Super knowledgeble staff. My frenchie went in for a visit twice for an ear infection and he felt very comfortable and loved the treats and cuddles.

The clinic practices fear free techniques so my dog is not afraid when he goes there which is great.

We live far away but a friend recommended this clinic to us. It was worth the trip and my dog is much better now. The staff and doctors here are so amazing. We’ve been to many vets and I’ve never felt this taken care of.

Making an appointment was quick and easy. When I arrived at the office we were promptly put in an examination room and introduced to the vet. This was our first visit and the vet made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. I was new to the area so had a lot of questions about everything! I never felt rushed. Throughout the entire appointment the vet and my dog got to know each other which will hopefully make future trips more relaxing for everyone!

I never usually write reviews but this vets is just so great it deserves all the love it can get! I’m a very skeptical dog mamma and after trying out several vets when my dog was a puppy, I’m so pleased I’ve found this one! All the staff clearly love animals so much and I really feel like they put the health and well-being of the animals before profits ❤️ Couldn’t recommend this place more!
