TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Each membership is valid for one patient only and cannot be used for multiple pets owned by the same client.
2. Membership is valid only at the location of purchase (Point Grey Veterinary Hospital or Fraserview Veterinary Hospital) and cannot be used at both locations.
3. Membership is non-transferable to another client unless the client adopts the patient.
4. Membership does not guarantee same-day appointments. All appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
5. Urgent Fees: An additional urgent fee applies for urgent or emergency appointments if immediate availability must be created.
6. Membership does not cover any vaccinations, medications, treatments, services, food, toys, export exams, or referral specialist appointments, including but not limited to behavioral, orthopedic, ophthalmology, sonography, radiology, or dental consultations and treatments.
7. Standard cancellation and no-show fees remain applicable.
8. Membership is limited to one appointment per day per patient.
9. Our team reserves the right to triage appointments and may deem certain appointments unnecessary. Excessive abuse of the membership benefits may result in membership cancellation.
10. Full payment must be made upfront, and the membership becomes active immediately. No payment plans are available; however, third-party payment options (e.g., Scratchpay) may be utilized.
11. Membership is non-refundable.
12. Membership is valid for one year from the time of purchase.
13. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits at any time with prior notice.
